When Altenar envisioned a truly flexible workspace that could adapt to their evolving business needs, we recognised that traditional flooring solutions wouldn’t deliver the versatility they required. Together, we developed a comprehensive approach centred on custom raised flooring systems that would provide both infrastructure flexibility and aesthetic excellence across their diverse workspace environments.
Working within an ambitious three-month timeline, we collaborated closely with Altenar to design a solution that seamlessly integrated offices, open areas, closed offices, and meeting rooms. The project’s foundation was a sophisticated raised flooring system that we custom-manufactured to accommodate three distinct finishes, each carefully selected to enhance the character of different workspace zones.

Overview of the project category
Our most intensive phase required completing the entire raised flooring installation within just two weeks – a timeline that demanded precise coordination and unwavering focus. This accelerated schedule was essential to ensure seamless integration with the subsequent partition installation, demonstrating our ability to adapt to client priorities without compromising quality.
The flooring design itself tells a story of thoughtful workplace planning. We incorporated vinyl-topped raised flooring with a contemporary concrete aesthetic for the open areas, wood-effect finishes that brought warmth to individual offices, and luxurious carpet tiles over the raised system in meeting rooms. This multi-finish approach created a visually dynamic yet cohesive environment that supports different working styles while maintaining design continuity.
Complementing this foundation, we installed Frezza K35 single glass soundproofed partitions throughout the space, ensuring acoustic privacy while preserving the open, collaborative atmosphere that modern workplaces demand.
