Project Scope
At CA Sand Dune Hotel, the focus was on creating a relaxed and welcoming environment that reflects its coastal surroundings while supporting the natural flow of hotel life. Soft carpeted corridors add warmth and comfort to circulation spaces, while carefully selected lounge seating and outdoor furniture create inviting areas for guests to unwind and socialise. Each element was chosen to contribute to a cohesive look and feel across the property, blending comfort with durability. Behind the scenes, integrated internal and rated door systems were delivered with equal attention to detail, ensuring consistency throughout. The result is a thoughtfully balanced space designed to feel effortless, comfortable, and ready to be experienced.
