Gentoo Media
The Gentoo Media project focused on the supply and installation of four Narbutas Silent Rooms, creating private and functional acoustic meeting spaces within a modern office environment. The project included three Silent Room M units and one Silent Room L unit, each designed to support meetings, calls, focused work and collaborative discussions. As part of the workplace furniture solution, Vivendo Workspaces also supplied Twist&Sit visitor and conference chairs, Twist&Sit high chairs, low tables and high tables. Each silent room was configured according to the client’s requirements, with adjustable lighting and ventilation, customisable finishes, TV mounts and integrated cable management systems.
A key aspect of this project was understanding the client’s needs and recommending the best-fit office pod solution for their team. Three Silent Rooms were set up with four chairs and a low table, while one was furnished with four high chairs and a high table. Vivendo Workspaces supplied and installed the full solution in line with the client’s timeline, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from recommendation to completion.

The combination of Silent Rooms, Twist&Sit chairs, tables, TV mounts and cable management systems created a complete workplace furniture solution that blends functionality with a clean, professional aesthetic. Through careful coordination and efficient installation, Vivendo Workspaces delivered a workspace solution that supports productivity, comfort and flexibility within the Gentoo Media office.
