AX Odycy Hotel
The AX Odycy Hotel project stands as a demonstration of precision, coordination and trust. Our role spanned both dismantling and installation – removing 280 rooms of existing furniture and doors, storing them safely for 18 months, and later re-installing them in their new setting. At the same time, we delivered and installed 220 brand-new hotel rooms, complete with bespoke furniture, along with 800 new fire-rated doors across guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas and back-of-house facilities.
The scale of the project was matched by its pace. Beginning in December and concluding by June, the deadlines were exceptionally tight, with the hotel committed to a fixed opening date that left no margin for delay. To align with the client’s design vision, we first prepared two sample rooms from different suppliers, ensuring clarity and confidence before proceeding to measure every room and begin full production.

The result was a transformation that significantly elevated the hotel’s aesthetic and guest experience. The new spaces are brighter, more functional and reflect a modern identity aligned with AX Odycy’s ambitions. Beyond the new installations, we are especially proud that the client entrusted us to dismantle furniture and doors we had originally supplied nearly a decade earlier. Their durability after eight years of daily use stands as a testament to the long-lasting quality of Vivendo’s work.
