Fort Fitness
Fort Fitness has established itself as one of Malta’s leading commercial gym franchises, with two landmark facilities: its flagship location at Fort Cambridge, Sliema, and a second club at Quad Central, Mrieħel. After eight successful years of operation, the leadership team recognised the importance of investing in their members’ experience. Their vision was clear – refresh the main facility with state-of-the-art equipment by Technogym, enhance training opportunities and strengthen client loyalty through a reimagined fitness journey.
The upgrade was delivered in two phases: Phase 1 introduced Skill-X and Group Cycle training formats in January 2024, while Phase 2, completed in December 2024, focused on transforming the main gym area and group training spaces. Together, these improvements have positioned Fort Fitness at the forefront of the island’s fitness scene.

Signature colour statement
A highlight of the project was the integration of Technogym’s Pure Strength, Selection Strength, and Cable Stations, delivered in a fully customised orange colour scheme – a bold expression of Fort Fitness’s brand identity. This marks Malta’s largest ever customised colour scheme equipment range, further underlining the scale and ambition of the project.
The new layout also incorporates Technogym’s innovative Checkup Assessment Station, along with advanced connected features designed to provide members with real-time guidance and feedback. These tools empower individuals to personalise their training, track progress and maximise results in an engaging and supportive environment.
