Holiday Apartment
This project involved the transformation of a private studio apartment into a vacation rental, designed to attract couples seeking a peaceful holiday retreat. Working closely with the property owner, our aim was to enhance both the aesthetic and functional value of the space, ensuring it would stand out in a competitive hospitality market.
The apartment now features a welcoming guest bedroom with a kitchenette, complemented by an outdoor dining area and pool. Unique touches, such as slatted wall panelling and elegant Vitra chairs, add character and sophistication.

Our team delivered and installed customised solutions including a fire-rated, soundproof entrance door for both safety and privacy, as well as an internal bathroom door. The bedroom was fitted with practical yet stylish furniture, slightly customised to suit the layout, while decking installed beside the pool creates a standout feature that enhances the outdoor living experience.
In addition to Vivendo’s contributions, products from our sister companies played a key role. Krea supplied the kitchen, while Veradea provided the high-quality mattress – a detail frequently praised in positive Airbnb reviews for its comfort.
