Quad Central
Quad Central is one of Malta’s most prestigious developments, designed to set new standards for commercial, retail, and professional spaces. Rising 19 stories high and spanning over 44,000 sqm, this LEED® Platinum-certified development has been carefully crafted to foster a world-class tenant experience while embracing sustainable building practices.
Vivendo is proud to play a continuing role in this landmark project, having been entrusted with the supply and installation of raised flooring across both external and internal areas. The first phase focused on approximately 4,000 sqm of external terraces and balconies, completed by the end of 2020. To achieve a clean and precise finish, we worked with two tile formats: 60×60 cm tiles for terraces and 40×80 cm tiles for balconies. The latter were chosen specifically to align with the 78 cm width of the balconies, ensuring minimal cuts and a seamless installation.

The project has since evolved into the internal phases, covering office floors, three retail outlets, and a childcare centre. While most spaces follow the same finishes, select floors were given unique tile finishes as chosen by the architects, offering a bespoke touch within the wider development.
Installation has been phased floor by floor, each with its own deadlines and requirements. Our approach combines precision and flexibility, ensuring every space aligns with the high standards of this development.

What makes this collaboration especially meaningful is the trust built over time. Following the completion of the initial contract in 2022, the Quad team once again selected Vivendo as their main contractor in 2023—and renewed that partnership again in 2024.
