Forming part of the Vivendo Group locally, Poltronesofà is an Italian franchise whose name has become synonymous with style, comfort and practicality as well as a wide choice and high quality at a good price.
You will be part of a small team that dedicates most of its time to supporting the client, be it through telephone enquiries, scheduling of appointments, handling service issues and collaborating with other departments.

Who are we looking for?
- You love making customers happy!
- You are a quick learner and can tackle multiple issues simultaneously successfully.
- You enjoy collaborating with others, even outside your team.
- You do not shy away from taking a decision.
- You are fluent in English and Maltese.
- You have previous experience in a customer service related role, and if not, you are open to learn and willing to do what it takes to give exceptional customer service
- You are available to work showroom hours including Saturday mornings.
