Krea is a household name and leading furniture supplier in Malta, offering affordable furniture of guaranteed quality with short lead times. We’re now gearing up for our new normal and are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team on a Full- Time basis.
Reporting to the Sales & Commercial Manager, as the Sales Team Leader you will be expected to run the Krea sales and customer service departments smoothly and efficiently. Together with your teams, you will work toward reaching sales objectives, other customer services, and their KPIs. As a Sales Team Leader you will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the teams’ performances and addressing any staff issues that may arise. Since this is a customer-facing role, most of the Team Leader’s time is expected to be spent in the showroom.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a team within a sales environment;
- Is confident, proactive and driven, with a strong customer ethic;
- Is emotionally resilient and able to handle challenging situations;
- Is fluent in Maltese and English with the ability to adjust communication style as necessary;
- As a minimum, has a Diploma level of education in management or marketing;
- Having experience in the design/furniture industry or similar would be considered an asset.
