The chosen candidate will assist in the following:
- The daily running of the showroom
- The daily admin and aftersales functions
- Ensuring that monthly sales targets are met and motivating the team to exceed such targets
- Ensuring that the showroom is consistently kept to the standards required by the franchise and that all policies are always adhered to
- Assisting clients at the showroom will also be part the chosen candidate’s daily responsibilities.
- Training new staff.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a similar role
- Is fluent in English with the ability to adjust communication style as necessary – knowledge in Italian would help
- Can multi-task and work well under pressure
- Is confident, proactive and driven, with a strong customer ethic
- Is emotionally resilient and able to handle challenging situations
