To meet the anticipated growth and to continue to improve our business, we are now looking for a Software Developer/Systems Administrator on Full-Time basis to strengthen our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using software development best practices; including hands-on work creating, managing, and enhancing new and legacy applications.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Set up and maintain accounts and workstations.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
- Create, update and review tickets submitted to the IT Service Desk.
- IT inventory and policy management.
- Might need to travel.
- Ah hoc related duties as instructed by the Head of Technology.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
- BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) is a plus.
- Hands-on approach to work.
