Country Manager – Full Time
As a Country Manager, you will be expected to overlook that the Veradea operation in Malta runs smoothly and efficiently. Together with your team, you will work towards reaching sales objectives and other related KPIs. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the team’s performance and addressing any staff issues that may arise. To entail customer connections, the manager is also expected to be spend substantial time in the showroom.
The chosen candidate will assist in the following:
- The daily running of the showroom;
- The daily admin and aftersales functions;
- Ensuring that monthly sales targets are met and motivating the team to exceed such targets;
- Ensuring that the showroom is consistently kept to the standards required by the franchise and that all policies are always adhered to;
- Assisting clients at the showroom will also be part the chosen candidate’s daily responsibilities;
- Training new staff.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a similar role
- Is fluent in English with the ability to adjust communication style as necessary – knowledge in Italian would help
- Can multi-task and work well under pressure
- Is confident, proactive and driven, with a strong customer ethic
- Is emotionally resilient and able to handle challenging situations
