Finance Associate at Vivendo Group – Full Time

As Finance Associate, you will report to the Head of Finance. You should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What To Expect

  • Assist in maintaining all aspects of the day to day accounting records;
  • Update the purchase ledger, including local and foreign supplier reconciliations, and monitor purchase orders across different business units and geographical areas;
  • Input and update supplier invoices and purchase orders;
  • Process supplier payments, both local and foreign, from various bank accounts;
  • Compile cash and bank reconciliations;
  • Assist with end-of-month routines;
  • Support financial reporting for both internal and external purposes;
  • Respond to requests and inquiries in a timely manner, using multiple internal and external resources.

If You’re Someone Who

  • Has strong organizational and multitasking abilities, is meticulous with attention to detail and the ability to handle highly confidential information;
  • Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Can manage multiple individual and departmental deadlines;
  • Is able to work on your own initiative;
  • Has a forward-thinking approach;
  • Works effectively as part of a team;
  • Is IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Preferably holds an ‘A’ Level in accounts, or has an ‘O’ Level in accounts with 1 to 2 years of work experience in an Accounts Department.
