Finance Executive at Vivendo Group – Full Time
As Finance Executive , you will report to the Head of Finance. You should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What To Expect
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments;
- Assist in reconciling supplier and customer statements;
- Prepare and post bank transactions, ensuring timely reconciliation of bank accounts;
- Support monthly closing procedures including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations;
- Monitor daily cash flows and assist in short-term cash forecasting;
- Assist with VAT returns and other tax filings;
- Support internal and external audits by preparing requested schedules and documents
If You’re Someone Who
- Has strong organizational and multitasking abilities, is meticulous with attention to detail and the ability to handle highly confidential information;
- Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Can manage multiple individual and departmental deadlines;
- Is able to work on your own initiative;
- Has a forward-thinking approach;
- Works effectively as part of a team;
- Is IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
- Progress toward a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is considered an asset;
