About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Head of B2B to lead our business development and sales initiatives within the office and hospitality furniture sector. This role involves setting the vision, driving growth, expanding the client base, and overseeing the full B2B function, including business development, key account strategy, and high-level team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Expansion
- Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy for the B2B division including potential overseas markets.
- Identify new business opportunities across office fitouts, hospitality projects, and corporate refurbishments both locally and internationally.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including architects, designers, project managers, general contractors and procurement leads.
- Lead contract negotiations and high-value tenders with major clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking platforms.
Sales Leadership
- Oversee the performance of the Sales Manager and the broader sales team.
- Monitor sales pipelines, team KPIs, and ensure target achievement across verticals.
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams, in liaison with the CCO, to ensure strategic alignment with overall business goals.
- Support complex or high-stakes client engagements as the executive lead.
- Develop pricing strategies, value propositions, and account growth plans.
- Conduct forecasting, reporting, and strategic reviews for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience or Business Development, with at least 3 in a senior leadership or business development role.
- Strong background in furniture, interiors, or project-based commercial sales.
- Track record of driving B2B growth and developing key accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
- Strong financial acumen and commercial insight.
