Nicosia – Office Operations Assistant – Part Time

Applicants should:

  • Daily payment reconciliations and follow up on any missing payments;
  • Daily checking of PES mailbox and action on customer requests accordingly;
  • Set appointments for delivery of products, provide assistance to customers over the phones and attending to the main telephone line;
  • Liaise with Warehouse regarding accurate unloading information;
  • General office duties for smooth running of the showroom;
