About the Role
We are seeking a driven and client-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team, specialising in furniture solutions for office and hospitality environments. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interiors and workspace design, combined with strong sales and relationship-building skills. You’ll be responsible for growing our B2B client base, from initial contact through to project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage potential B2B clients in the office and hospitality sectors.
- Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, procurement managers, and business owners.
- Deliver tailored presentations and solutions based on client needs and project requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, logistics, project management) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare accurate quotations, product specifications, and proposals aligned with budget and design briefs.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, ideally within furniture, interiors, or related industries (e.g. fit-out, design & build).
- A strong understanding of office and hospitality environments and their specific furnishing needs will be an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with design specifications, technical product information, and space planning is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferable a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience working with architects, interior designers, or project managers.
- Driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
