Sales Consultant – Full Time and/or Part Time
You will be expected to understand and respond to the client’s needs effectively and efficiently, give excellent client service and advice through knowledge of the wide range of products available.
Applicants should:
– Customer welcoming as per PES brand requirements;
– Customer engagement and selling;
– Aftersales assistance and overall assistance to the Manager;
– Cash reconciliation and Scanning of Orders;
– Follow up on issued quotes;
– General showroom upkeep and answering of phone calls;
– Be able to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide outstanding client service;
– Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills;
– Be fluent in Maltese and English and able to communicate in Italian;
– Be flexible to work retail hours including evenings and weekends;
– Be flexible and willing to increase working hours during busy months;
– Be computer literate, preferably having ECDL certification;
We’re looking for a dynamic sales consultant with at least 2 years of experience in the sales industry.
