Thessaloniki – Sales Manager – Full Time
Applicants should:
- Daily monitoring of sales activities in the Showroom.
- Ensuring consistent alignment with Poltronesofa Brand Guidelines.
- Showroom upkeep, making sure that the store is tidy, that the personnel are all dressed in full uniform, that they are all on time, that they all punch, that all products are priced, that there is no clutter, that there is nothing missing.
- Close monitoring of the individual and on the team performance vs budget and target.
- Recruitment and training of staff.
- Rostering/timesheets/breaks coordination.
