Sales Consultant – Full Time &/Or Part Time

As a Sales Consultant, you will be expected to understand and respond to clients’ needs effectively, providing excellent service and advice through your knowledge of our wide range of products. We are looking for bright, dynamic, flexible, and enthusiastic individuals who love challenges, are determined, and target-oriented!

If You’re Someone Who
- Welcomes customers according to the Poltronesofà brand requirements;
- Engages with customers and drives sales;
- Provides aftersales assistance and supports the Manager;
- Handles cash reconciliation and scanning of orders;
- Follows up on issued quotes;
- Maintains general showroom upkeep and answers phone calls;
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships while delivering outstanding service;
- Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Is fluent in Maltese and English, with the ability to communicate in Italian;
- Is flexible to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends;
- Is willing to increase working hours during busy months;
- Is computer literate, with ECDL certification preferred.
