Mattress Consultant – Full Time and/or Part Time
You will be expected to understand and respond to the client’s needs effectively and efficiently, give excellent client service and advice through knowledge of the wide range of products available.
Applicants should:
– Greeting and serving customers appropriately and maintaining the store tidy;
– Dealing with customer requirements through different communication channels and document each customer opportunity;
– Be able to build and maintain relationships with clients and provide outstanding client service;
– Follow up with customers and internal departments to ensure that both targeted sales and customer satisfaction are achieve;
– Attend to period team meetings to review performance and work on improving knowledge and skills;
– Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills;
– Be fluent in Maltese and English and able to communicate in Italian;
– Be flexible to work retail hours including evenings and weekends;
– Be flexible and willing to increase working hours during busy months;
– Be computer literate, preferably having ECDL certification.
