Sales Manager at Krea – Full Time

As Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Krea, your mission is to lead the sales team to hit targets and KPIs while ensuring smooth operations. This customer-facing role requires you to spend most of your time in the showroom, overseeing team performance, addressing staff issues, and driving results.

If You’re Someone Who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience managing a team in a sales environment;
- Is confident, proactive, and driven, with a strong customer focus;
- Is emotionally resilient and able to handle challenging situations;
- Is fluent in Maltese and English, with the ability to adjust communication style as needed;
- Holds a minimum of a Diploma in management or marketing;
- Experience in the design/furniture industry is a plus.
